**Profile**:

- You are studying International Business, Business Administration, Commercial Economics or a comparable study at HBO level.
- You have an affinity with personnel management and sales.
- You have a good command of the English language. German is a plus.
- You have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are available for at least 5 months.
- You are a go-getter who is only satisfied after achieving optimal results.
- You are not afraid of a challenge.
- You have a good dose of initiative.
- You function well in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in this industry is a plus.

**responsibilities**:

- Give a fresh look at the departments by giving your opinion.
- You are an extension of management and will support management with various tasks. Consider management tasks such as: marketing, operational tasks, sales and recruitment.
- Personnel policy and data management.
- Collect and process data according to internationally recognized methodologies.
- The described activities form the basic package and will often be carried out independently after a good training and learning period. These can be supplemented with other projects and/or tasks on your own initiative or at the request of the organization.
