With our intuitive sense for brands and media, and a focus on maximum efficiency, we adeptly transform emotions into effective activations - with heart and mind. **Your challenge [#1883307]** - **Lead with Passion**: Your main mission is to guide and elevate your team in the vibrant world of Paid Social. - **Campaign Champion**: Take the reins on crafting, executing, and managing dynamic Paid Social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. - **Insightful Reporting**: You’ve got reporting down to a science Create tailored client reports, analyses, and compelling presentations that highlight campaign success and ROI. - **Communication is Key**: Lead a dynamic team of 2-4 members while collaborating closely with colleagues, clients, planning teams, and platform representatives. You’ll also help mentor and train the next wave of talent - **Quality Control**: Ensure everything we deliver hits the mark while actively shaping and improving processes in your department. - **Bring Your Ideas**: Got innovative ideas? Awesome We want to hear them **Your skills** - **Educational Background**: You’ve completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a similar field, or have an equivalent professional qualification. - **Experience Matters**: With at least 4 years of hands-on and strategic experience in online performance marketing (especially Paid Social), you're ready to make an impact. - **Project Management Pro**: You bring some project management skills and initial leadership experience, along with an entrepreneurial spirit. - **Team Player**: You thrive in a collaborative environment and know just how to bring out the best in your squad. - **Analytical Thinker**: You have a knack for analytical thinking, a strong command of language, and your presentations? They’re simply persuasive - **Fluent in English**: Whether it’s written or spoken, English flows easily for you.
