Finance & Accounting Working Student (M/w/d)

Tasks
As the Finance & Accounting working student at CONROO, you will get an opportunity to grow, learn, and play a pivotal role in supporting our financial operations while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our COO, Ksenia, to refine accounting & financial operations
- Accounting Operations: Assist with daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate transaction recording, efficient invoice management, and smooth execution of account closing processes.
- Streamline Processes: Identify opportunities to improve financial workflows & invoicing processes, and assist in implementing digital tools and automation systems.
- Payroll and Accounting Coordination: Liaise with our external payroll and accounting providers to ensure timely processing.
- Invoice Management: Handle clients invoices and ensure timely payment
- Management Systems: Enhance and refine accounting, controlling, and management systems to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve accuracy.
- Financial Research: Review regulations and research financial trends to support accounting activities and ensure compliance. Financial Planning: Support budgeting and strategic financial planning to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, logistics, finance, accounting, or a related field, with above-average academic results
- Native-level proficiency in German is required, with fluent English proficiency to ensure effective communication
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging content for various platforms
- Exceptional time management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
