**These are your responsibilities**:

- As Key User Sales Processes you support the global evaluation, optimization and harmonization of our Lead to Invoice process with focus on SAP SD processes in close cooperation with regional and local key users.
- For this you will go on troubleshooting - in the form of processing and resolving internal support tickets. The documentation and communication of process optimizations is also part of your tasks.
- You will continuously conduct training for SAP users, including SAP rollouts. The exchange of knowledge with regional SD key users is particularly important to you.
- In addition, you support the analysis of related business processes and identify potentials for continuous improvement. You are not afraid to discuss unresolved support issues as well as desired and/or necessary system adjustments with module consultants.
- You will actively contribute your expertise to internal business projects and support the successful achievement of project results.

**What you bring**:

- You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, business informatics (or comparable) or a commercial education with further training in the direction of process/project management and have initial professional experience in a comparable position.
- Ideally, you have first contact with Analysis for Office as well as project and process management.
- You are characterized by entrepreneurial action and a strong team spirit.
- You approach challenges in a solution-oriented manner and with a business understanding.
- You have excellent communication skills - especially in English.
- Your goal-oriented and independent way of working as well as your willingness to travel complete your profile.
