Das ist deine Aufgabe
- Als Head of Design Concept (m/w/d) trägst du die Gesamtverantwortung der Entwurfsplanung nationaler und internationaler Shop Projekte und der Möbelentwicklung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Architecture Realisation. Damit schaffst du die Grundlage, den Verkaufsumsatz zu maximieren und das unter der Prämisse von optimierten Prozessen, Einhaltung der Kostenplanung und Deadlines. Bei deinen Tätigkeiten wirst du insbesondere
- die Konzeption der Retailflächen, Machbarkeits
- und Konzeptstudien, Beauftragung und Steuerung von Architekturfirmen verantworten
- die Tenderbetreuung und Ausarbeitung verantworten und die inhaltliche Gestaltung neuer Standorte im Zuge von Bieterverfahren auf internationaler Ebene übernehmen
- interne und externe Projektbeteiligte und Agenturen koordinieren und steuern
- Konzeptstudien zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung auf Shop & Möbelebene von Duty Free-, Concept - und hochwertiger Markenshops entwickeln
- gesamtheitliche und globale Guidelines für den Ladenbau bei Gebr. Heinemann entwickeln
- durch konsequente Trendrecherche Neuentwicklungen anstoßen und auf den Shopflächen von Gebr. Heinemann umsetzen - unter Berücksichtigung des Markenkerns und der Markenwerte verantworten
- die Weiterentwicklung sowie Prozessoptimierung der Arbeitsabläufe des Teams steuern

Das bringst du mit
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur oder Innenarchitektur
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Design-Entwicklung & Konzeptionierung
- Mehrjährige Planungs
- und Umsetzungserfahrung im Retail & Shopausbau sowie in der Möbelentwicklung
- Hervorragende Projektmanagementfähigkeiten sowie mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
- Sicher in den Maßstäben 1:5 - 1:200
- Überzeugende Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch
