**What you'll do**

Assistant to the head of the Support Experience Process and Innovation Office, this includes supporting:

- Communications, e.g. management presentations, owning the team’s SharePoint, wiki sites, supporting newsletters
- Meeting organization, minutes, room booking etc.
- Office material management

Additionally, operational and/or projects tasks can be carried out.

**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Computer skills: MS Office, esp. Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, MS SharePoint, SAP Applications are a plus (nice to have)
- Language skills: Fluent in both, German and English is a must
- Soft skills: structured, reliable, creative team player, good communication skills - think out of the box and challenge us :)
- Basic understanding of website design, student beginners preferred
- Working from Walldorf/St.Leon-Rot office is because of the tasks necessary

**Meet your Team**

We are a nice team of ~ 40 colleagues with locations around the world, but the highest share in Germany at the SAP headquarters. We focus on Business processes and solutions in the area of SAP customer support and cloud operations as a part of the SAP IT organization. All our team members will be happy to give you a good start.- This is a SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers._
