**Principal Activities**
- Lead a dynamic development team dedicated to conceptualizing, crafting, and launching cutting-edge features and tools
- Introduce new and enhance existing digital asset custody products and services for customers
- Collect customer requirements, translate them into solutions, oversee technical backlogs, and prioritize feature development
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business and IT operations, compliance, and regulatory management
- Define and execute the strategic product roadmap that aligns with our goal to become Europe’s leading regulated infrastructure partner for digital and crypto solutions

**Competences**
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in a FinTech or financial institution, with a focus on digital assets (especially cryptocurrencies), leading remotely working scrum teams and using corresponding software (Jira, Confluence, Monday)
- Very strong knowledge in information / blockchain technology, crypto market trends, custody technology solutions and corresponding regulations
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, international teams effectively, fostering collaboration and alignment across product, engineering, regulatory and operations teams
- Thrive for excellence and innovation, as well as for compliance and security
- English (min. C1) and German (min. B2)
