Now we’re looking for another talent We are hiring for a** User Researcher (f/m/d) Energy Solutions.** **Benefits** - Hybrid working hours model, 30 vacation days and time off on Christmas & New Year’s day - Competitive salary with a bonus for achieved goals - Extensive and individual training, in form of training courses, support programs and regular workshops - Individual induction & onboarding - Regular internal company - and team events - Group accident insurance, international health insurance and company pension scheme - Business trips on German rail (>50km) in 1st class - Depending on location: subsidized canteen and a fitness room - Workation: Up to 20 days per year working from other EU countries and other selected countries **Tasks** - You will be one of the first dedicated user researchers of E.ON One and will work closely with all product teams, their product managers and stakeholders within E.ON One. - You will be building some of the research practices from the ground up within E.ON One - Define the research processes for continuous discovery of user insights across E.ON One and E.ON One products - You are responsible for the setup, the execution, and the analysis of research studies - You interpret results and communicate insights to stakeholders in a suitable format - Based on gained insights you generate ideas and support developing hypotheses for the relevant products **Requirements**: - You have successfully completed your studies, preferably in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, sociology, human-computer interaction (HCI), cognitive science) or comparable trainings or work experience - You have several years of relevant experience in the field of user research - You're comfortable doing both foundational and evaluative research, having done this already in previous jobs, and you can run a study end-to-end independently. - You are comfortable to take the initiative, are well structured and you have very good methodological skills in user research - You are familiar and have worked with common ux design and research tools - You have strong analytical skills and a strong communicator - Business fluent speech in English, fluent skills in German is a plus **Why you’ll love E.ON One** It's an exciting time for E.ON One - we recently became an independent legal entity within the E.ON Group and our website has recently gone live: We are planning a lot of fun and exciting activities to attract attention and attract more talent.
