We’re partnering with a leading BPO company to find a **Korean-speaking AI Prompt Evaluator** to join their growing team in Essen This role is perfect for someone who enjoys writing, analyzing content, and contributing to the future of conversational AI.

**Compensation**: Base salary

**Responsibilities**:
Research, write, and edit high-quality AI prompts in Korean
️ Develop natural and engaging conversational flows
Review content for accuracy, tone, and factual relevance
Ensure content aligns with brand style and tone guidelines
Generate creative prompt ideas and evaluate AI-generated responses
Analyze user feedback and refine dialogue to improve system interactions
Collaborate with developers and linguists to enhance speech systems
️ Work with sensitive or controversial topics with discretion and professionalism

**Requirements**:
Native or fluent in Korean (C1), with excellent command of grammar and writing style
Fluent in English (B2)
Strong creativity and analytical thinking
️ Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to work independently
Comfortable simplifying complex ideas into clear, user-friendly language
Experience with feedback analysis and prompt refinement
Ability to work with challenging content in a balanced, thoughtful way
