Our designers at SumUp are creative thinkers and doers, who develop ideas and bring them to life. We are a growing team split into three departments - Brand / Marketing Design, Product Design and UX Research.
As a seasoned storyteller, your passion lies in crafting visually stunning and engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content. Your expertise adds accents, giving the brand an authentic voice.
In this role, you'll join our Marketing Design Team who create engaging and compelling content, ensuring that SumUp is the first choice for small businesses. Together, we devise innovative strategies to market SumUp's products, grow the brand, attract new customers, and keep existing merchants excited about our products.
**What you'll do**
- Conceptualize and create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content that seamlessly align with our brand's voice and style
- Produce multimedia content to amplify our brand and products across our earned and owned brand and marketing channels
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams - understand what they need and help them boost long-term brand and marketing impact through motion design
- Guide and implement the use of motion across marketing channels together with the SVP of Design, Head of Marketing Design Chapter and stakeholders
- Establish best practices and drive the motion design domain to help scale video and motion on a global level
- Stay updated on industry trends, drive and leverage technological innovations into practice
**You'll be great for this role if you have**
- 5+ years experience in motion design, animation, and video production.
- Proven experience in creating motion and vector graphics for marketing channels, social media, and other digital platforms.
- A passion for telling stories through motion and visual elements, bringing concepts to life.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other video editing tools.
- Knowledge of motion design principles, including animation techniques, typography, color theory, and composition.
