We are looking for experienced motivated and responsible synthetic chemists to join our team in Germany. This is an exceptional opportunity to start working in a highly open and collaborative environment on various synthetic tasks and projects combined with research in the field of modern organic synthesis and medicinal chemistry. You will become a part of the “Enamine family” united by the main goal to accelerate modern Drug Discovery providing our outstanding products and high-quality services.

**Qualification**
- MSc degree in organic or medicinal chemistry. The Ph.D. degree is advantageous;
- Deep knowledge of modern synthetic organic chemistry, multistep synthesis, and excellent problem-solving skills;
- Scientific background demonstrated in publications and/or patents
- Solid knowledge of analytical and spectroscopic methods (e.g. NMR, LC/MS) to demonstrate the purity and define the structure.
- Familiarity with chemical databases (e.g. Reaxys, SciFinder)
- Previous industrial experience in a biopharmaceutical company or CRO is advantageous.
- Effective leadership and strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written English) and presentation skills.
- Ability to adjust quickly to changing strategic and tactical priorities, proactivity, comfortable to multi-task, highly motivated, result orientation, passion to bench chemistry, out-box thinking.

**Additional skills (advantageous)**
- Experience in High Throughput Experimentation;
- Familiarity with modern computational chemistry, chemoinformatics, and visualization approaches.
- Experience in medicinal chemistry and drug discovery process.
- Experience mentoring and training

**Responsibilities**

Depending on the role&title the responsibilities can include
- Independently planning, managing, and executing multi-step synthesis of complex organic molecules;
- Leading a team of other synthetic chemists/technicians to execute several synthetic chemistry projects.
- Coordination of multiple projects, defining the chemistry strategy, and troubleshooting.
- Data collection and analysis, writing reports&updates,
- Presentations of the results at team meetings and for collaborators/clients.
