**Your task**:

- Assist in managing employee time and attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Assist in organizing job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and HR databases
- Prepare and distribute recruitment-related documentation, such as offer letters and employment contracts
- Contribute to the development and implementation of time management and recruitment strategies
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

**Your Profile**:

- Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude
- Availability to work part-time during regular business hours
- Customer Orientation
- Good analytical and conceptual skills
- Capacity to work on a multi-cultural and fast-changing environment
- Fluency in English and German; French is a plus
