Reporting To : Chairman of the Managing Board / CEO

The Payment & Cash Product Management VP will be responsible for managing the payment & cash product set. She/He defines and lead product vision and strategy for the bank specifically around payment integrations and payments to rightsholders that utilize our products that the IT systems are fit for purpose for the product set, any financial and that operational reports are built to suit the product set.

The Payment & Cash Product Management VP is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with IT, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Payment & Cash Product Management VP also ensures that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

**Tasks**:

- Defines the product strategy and roadmap: Manages from concept, to design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and finally product end of life. This position also would include the product pricing, profitability, product enhancements, competitive positioning and integration into sales planning
- Defines, monitors and manages product performance of the payment & cash product set to identify the drivers of value
- Ensures the payment & cash product set meet the governance requirements, reports and monitors adherence throughout the full product life-cycle
- Delivers the operating plan: the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit, and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and/or key customers
- Responsibles for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and implementation
- Delivers MRDs (Marketing Requirements Definitions), PRDs (Product Requirement Definitions) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Definitions) with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Works with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
- Runs beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
- Be an expert with respect to the competition
- Acts as a product leader within the company

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- 8+ years of experience in the Banking sector
- Excellent English and German written and verbal communication skills. Turkish is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
- Technical background, with experience in Sql, R, Python and Excel
- Experience in products' IT-implementation, vendor management, IT demand description / analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) etc.
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Knowledge about Agile Product Management Skills with Scrum
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
