Reporting To : Private & Retail Banking SVP

Identify Clients: Be responsible for identifying potential new clients and work with them to build up relationships with the goal of managing their wealth. Understand clients' financial circumstances with a focus on maintaining a strong relationship between UHNW clients and the bank from a cost, profitability and the regulatory perspective.

Advise and Consult with Clients: Work with the clients to meet their financial needs and goals. Proactively advise and consult with the clients, explaining the types of financial services and investment options available. Networking and regularly prospecting new clients through client meetings, visits and events.

Monitor Clients Accounts: Closely monitor the performance of client accounts, ensure that they are meeting client needs, risk appetite and market conditions. Timely and accurate completion of all daily front office tasks is of major importance.

Research Investment Options: Need to be well informed of market conditions and do plenty of research to determine market opportunities and to meet division targets. Staying abreast of current events like economic and market news. Maintain knowledge and understanding of appropriate legislation and regulations affecting banking and customer interaction to ensure that all transactions are fully in-line with the regulatory framework. Consulting with associates within the bank in respect to the internal organization and the banking framework in Germany.

**Tasks**:

- Bachelors degree from a reputable university in finance or business administration. MBA is a plus. Proven track record of 5-10 years in experience in the financial sector, preferably on the sell side and a network of clients
- Strong financial product knowledge. Hands on sell side expericne experience in fixed income, equity, ETF, dual currency deposit and structured notes is an important requirement
- Possesion of advisor licenses is a plus
- Top level verbal and written Turkish, fluency in German and/or English
- Perfect command of MS Office, especially Excel/VBA
