BW Papersystems is looking for an ERP Solutions Architect (M/F/d)

The ERP solution architect provides the necessary leadership, analysis, solution design and configuration tasks related to support the development of ERP solutions to ensure that solutions meet business needs, create business value, and align with architectural governance and standards. The solution architect proactively and holistically leads and supports activities that guide the development and management of a portfolio of solutions. The main role of an SAP Architect is to evaluate all business requirements and come up with solutions that provide an integrated approach to support the business operations through best practices and leadership of technical and business teams.

Responsibilities include:
- Analyze business processes and requirements. Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify gaps, and define the scope of the SAP solutions required to optimize business processes.- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to collect business requirements. Responsible for creating functional process/solution documents describing business processes and user needs.- Partner with key business stakeholders to transform business processes in support of continuous improvement.- Design, build and deploy SAP solutions that align with SAP product capabilities and industry best practices.- Obtain approval and sign-off on the solution design from relevant stakeholders, including business process owners, IT professionals, ensuring that the design meets the organization's requirements and objectives.- Analyzes and evaluates existing and proposed solutions and recommends modifications to processes and procedures for solving business problems and continuous improvement.- Provide guidance to business Subject Matter Experts and Work Stream leaders in developing training plans and materials.- Ensure appropriate superuser and user training is provided for successful user adoption of implemented solutions.- Develop and present high-level SAP solution architectures that align with the business needs.- Work closely with business process owners, IT professionals, and end-users to ensure that SAP solutions are developed and implemented.- Ensure system changes support the company's business strategy and desired business outcomes.- Provide leadership and guidance on solution design, configuration, extension, and integration with other systems.- Design, support, and troubleshoot complex interfaces/EDI transactions (e.g., ELO, D365 CE, PLM).- Collaborate with Enterprise Infrastructure & Security teams.-
