Proclinical is seeking a Lead Solution Architect for a leading manufacturing technology company located in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

**Job Responsibility**:

- Design and develop IT landscapes in the topics of Cloud, EAM, IoT, robotics or AI/ML within the mechanical engineering or production environment
- As a lead architect with one of the focus topics EAM, IOT, AI/ML, robotics or cloud in the production and mechanical engineering environment, take over the design and further development of the IT landscape.
- Collaborate on a strategic level in the domain structure
- Professionally leading employees, including (senior) IT architects, across domain boundaries
- Create and actively drive the transformation roadmap, taking into account the framework conditions and dependency towards the target architecture
- As part of the EA team, actively design the IT enterprise architecture, for example by working in the architecture panel, taking over architecture work and communication appropriate to the addressee
- Provide IT architecture support in ongoing projects with a high degree of novelty, scope and/or criticality in order to be able to understand the challenges of the departments
- Guide and coach the solution designers and provide help and advice if necessary
- Live the continuous improvement process

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Several years of professional experience and core competence in one of the main topics EAM, IOT, AI/ML, robotics or cloud
- Several years of practice in the field of consulting, introduction, (further) development or support of EAM/IOT/KI/ML/robotics/cloud systems or EAM/IOT/KI/ML/robotics/cloud-related complex software projects, e.g. as an enterprise or software architect, solution designer or responsible team leader, ideally in a Microsoft environment
- Expert knowledge in UML and the use of Enterprise Architect (Sparx), iSQI® certification (iSAQB® CPSA) or similar desirable
- A good combination of business, process and IT system competence
- High social and leadership skills (lateral leadership)
- Recognized effect as a role model (promoting and challenging employees, taking responsibility, targeted delegation)
- Strong team player skills, are assertive, decisive, adept at dealing with conflicts, are customer and goal-oriented and have a solution-oriented working style with plenty of initiative
- Good communication skills, as well as excellent presentation and moderation skills, an above-average willingness to perform, are reliable, flexible and resilient
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
