**Controller (f/m/d) - (full-time)**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Controller to join our finance team and contribute to the strategic financial management of our organization.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards
- Preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Develop and maintain comprehensive cost plans and calculations
- Monitor costs, evaluate financial performance, and identify areas for improvement
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement planning initiatives and track progress
- Prepare insightful financial analyses and reports to support decision-making
- Lead local compliance and internal control matters
- Contribute to and potentially lead finance and administration projects

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in finance or equivalent from university or business school
- 3-5 years of experience in budgeting, finance, or controlling
- Expert proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Experience with Power BI, SAP, or Anaplan is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and drive results
- High level of reliability and integrity
- Proactive and self-directed work style
