**Employee in the area of Business Operations: HR and Finance & Controlling (M/F/D) in Karlsruhe**

Codesphere is a tech start-up that provides a PaaS solution to revolutionize the software development and cloud-hosting process, while combining the creation and management of the software code with the automation of all operational processes and infrastructure. We have an office in Karlsruhe and support a remote workstyle as well.

We are looking for an employee for the Business Operations department as soon as possible.

**Your tasks and area of responsibility**:
Finance:

- Accounting preparation (carried out by external tax consultant)
- Data room for future investment rounds and investor reports
- Preparation of customer invoices
- Development and optimization of invoicing and dunning processes
- Consolidation of the two entities (Germany & USA)
- Controlling:

- Liquidity and budget planning and controlling
- Establishment of central corporate controlling (sales controlling, development controlling, financial controlling and optimization)

HR:

- Preparation of ongoing payroll accounting
- Preparation of contracts and optimization of HR processes
- Initial contact for HR-related questions
- On
- & offboarding of employees
- HR administration
- HR controlling (working hours, freelancer invoices, etc.)

**Our requirements**:

- Several years of professional experience in accounting & tax or HR (ideally in both areas)
- Completed training in these areas or a Bachelor's degree
- strong XLS know-how
- fluent in written and spoken English
- Ideally high affinity and experience with/in IT and cloud-based solutions
- Independent and autonomous way of working with holistic ownership of your topics
