In order to continue on this successful path, we are looking for you as HR Controller, who will work together with the relevant contacts from Controlling and HR on the central key figures of our company. Become part of our team and shape the future with us As HR Controller you will be the main contact person for the Executive Board, the managers as well as the HR Business Partners with regard to personnel costs and budgets as well as corresponding headcounts.
- You will support the HR function in developing a set of KPI to measure the effectiveness of the function and related processes.
- You will prepare the reporting of our central HR key figures, derive corresponding recommendations for action and develop it further independently.
- In close cooperation with the other controlling team and the HR business partners, you will be responsible for personnel cost and headcount planning as well as forecasts and variance analyses during the year.
- You will drive the group-wide harmonization of processes and systems.
- You will work closely with the relevant internal contacts.
- You drive the optimization and further development of HR and controlling relevant processes.

**We Appreciate**:
You have a university degree or a comparable education. You also have several years of experience in controlling, ideally with a focus on HR key figures. In addition, you score points through:

- Good knowledge of SAP HCM as well as very good MS Excel skills.
- Analytical skills, a strong understanding of numbers, conceptual and future-oriented thinking as well as intercultural competence.
- Precise and confidential way of working as well as a high willingness to perform.
- Language skills: German and English fluent.
