About EIT Health
EIT Health, a Knowledge and Innovation Community (KIC) under the umbrella of the European
Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), is focused on supporting entrepreneurship, innovation,
and education, to promote healthy living, support active ageing and improve healthcare. EIT Health
brings together leading organisations along the entire value chain - smaller companies, larger

About EIT Health France
EIT Health France manages EIT Health French Partners, 80% of whom are based in two regions
- Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Île-de-France. However the CLC brings to the network innovation assets and
activity from across the country. To this end, EIT Health France:

- fosters cooperation between the French-based partners and ecosystem contributors, amongst

each other and with their counterparts all over Europe in the EIT Health network.
- identifies new opportunities, supports the development of impactful projects and leverages

good practices.
- drives regional and supra-regional outreach and dissemination;
- explores, develops, and implements new service and business models that add value to the
- partnership and support the organisation’s sustainability.- is - and should remain - an especially active and proactive CLC. For example, EIT Health

France has historically led several strategic initiatives, such as the Venture Centre of
Excellence - a strategic cooperation with the European Investment Fund - or the creation of

EIT Health France is a for-profit legal entity (SAS) co-owned by EIT Health.e.V. - the EIT Health central
office - and by Innolife Life France, an “Association Loi 1901”.

Three other legal entities have been created in France to support the Strategic Agenda of EIT Health
and develop further the sustainability of the KIC:

- The French Branch of InvestHealth: A new commercial entity - wholly owned by EIT Health

e.V. - evolved from EIT Health's unique ability to understand market challenges and offering
tailored solutions for start-ups to overcome fundraising hurdles.
- The WorkInHealth Foundation: an endowment fund.
- EITSI SAS: a for-profit company to address the evident and growing skills and talent gaps

within the healthcare industry across Europe.

About the Cross-KIC Consolidation Project
EIT Health France is coordinating the Cross-KIC CLC Consolidation project for Paris. This programme
aims at collocating the individual offices of EIT KICs in selected European cities where more than one
KIC currently has individual offices. In Paris, EIT Health, EIT Climate-KIC and EIT Digital are co-locating
their CLC. EIT Manufacturing (Central office at Saclay), EIT Food, and EIT Raw Materials have access to
the shared premises as well. The objectives of CLC Consolidation programme:

- Development of collocated offices that offer an office for participating KICs plus hotdesking

and flexible meeting rooms for KICs without a local office in each selected city.
- Develop cross-KIC collaborations (e.g. joint activities, community building etc.) at national and

EU level.
- Enhance EIT Community visibility.

About the role and its responsibilities
EIT Health CLC France now seeks to appoint a Project and Operations assistant working student
(_alternant_) to support the Cross-KIC Consolidation Project. The Project and Operations assistant will
report to the Operations Manager and will collaborate with the French CLC and Central Office of EIT
Health as well as team members of other KICs present in Paris.

The Project and Operations assistant will integrate the Operations team of EIT Health. She/he will
assist the Operations Manager and will take in charge the following responsibilities:

- CLC Consolidation project Management:

- Coordinate the project writing and submission for the N+1 business plan.
- KPI, deliverables, outputs follow-up and reporting.
- Project budget follow-up.
- Mid-term review & amendment preparation.
- Final financial and activity reports.
- Organise and follow-up the project activities.
- Coordination between different KICs: SteeCo/OpCo meetings organisation and follow
- up.
- With the Managing Director and Operations Manager, coordinate the discussions with

further entities willing to join the consolidation.
- Ensure the access to the office: security
