**The Team**:
**The Role**:

- Managing and overseaing P&L of €XXX million per year
- Closely interlinking with our wider org (marketing/ product/ design etc.) to fully understand the online customer journey and the key drivers of digital growth, implementing appropriate strategies to improve on each
- Continuously improve the online customer journey, decreasing drop off rates and improving conversion
- Manage a team of 6 Growth Managers (direct reports), attending to and supporting individual needs and ambitions

**Useful Experience**:

- Commercial mindset and approach
- P&L experience of €50-€100m and above
- Strong ecommerce experience at a senior level
- Will have worked in a role where driving digital growth/ sales and increasing market share was a number 1 priority
- Team management experience (2 people minimum)
