As one of Europe's leading fashion retailers and as part of our Digital & Consumer focus it is essential that C&A works on a consumer first brand strategy to modernize the C&A brand and communicate customer relevant content across all consumer touch points. The function of the Unit Lead Brand Strategy and Content Planning (M/F/d) is therefore unique and crucial in the C&A organization, to lead the strategic brand marketing and content planning for all consumer touchpoints and the various marketing channels, such as social, online shop, PR, POS and classical ATL Campaign Communication. Together with a team of Brand Strategy Managers and a dedicated Marketing Planning team, he / she / it develops the brand strategy and future marketing vision and consolidates the plans in a seasonal marketing and content calendar, down to the detail of asset requirements per channel and market.

**Your responsibilities at C&A**
- Develops the 360 Marketing & Content strategy for C&A with the key stakeholders, by synthesizing internal needs and consumer insights with digital & consumer trends
- Collaborates with internal C&A stakeholders, such as Head of Brand Marketing, Head of Creative, Digital Growth Managers, Corporate Communication, Buying Divisions and Channels to develop a clear understanding of needs
- Creates the seasonal Marketing and Content plan and owns the respective tools
- Develops and aligns the Marketing and content calendar with the various stakeholders - in particular product divisions and marketing channel
- Ensures consistent brand experience across all channels and touch points with consumer relevance
- Ensures and enables a continuous learning through collaboration with agencies and analytics on the effectiveness and efficiency of the published content with the respective internal functions
- Leverages external agencies as necessary

**What we expect from you**
- Degree ideally in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration
- At least 5 years of dedicated work in brand management or brand strategy in marketing, communication, or advertising
- Digital or ecommerce experience mandatory
- Track record in fashion or lifestyle environment preferred
- Leadership experience minimum 3 years
- Fluent in English
