As a Working Student (M/F/d) Digital Customer Experience you will be part of the User Research & Experimentation team, which consists of User Researcher, CX Manager and Conversion Optimization Manager and ensures that online shopping along different customer touchpoints is always an experience and is continuously developed.

**Your responsibilities at C&A**
- Work closely with our CX Manager and integrate the voices of our customers into our company DNA
- Supporting the monitoring and analysis of qualitative and quantitative customer feedback as well as maintaining and documenting varoius customer experience metrics
- Responsibility for setting up and analyzing smaller surveys on specific customer behaviour in the online store
- Conduction of trend-, market
- and competitor-analyses in e-Commerce to identify new touchpoints

**What we expect of you**
- Enrolled student (M/F/d) in business psychology, sociology, data science, communication sciences, human computer interaction, media sciences or equivalent
- Initial experience in a customer-centric company and interest in e-Commerce and User Experience topics
- You enjoy digging into qualitative and quantitative data sets, have a good analytical understanding and the ability to prepare results visually (graphs, digital dashboards)
- Experience with Excel, SPSS and R
- German is your native language and you are fluent in English
