**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

Summary
The UX Strategy / Service Design Expert is responsible to drive a user centric end-to-end experience strategy for the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), across the user’s entire user journey with SAP. The key objectives are to connect the experience across silos within the BTP (across Products, Tools, etc.), as well as within the broader SAP Landscape (website, marketplace, services, etc.).

**Role Information**
A key responsibility is developing, implementing, and executing a holistic experience platform strategy for the BTP supporting SAP’s platform strategy and SAP’s product design strategy.

As a UX Strategy / Service Design Expert you will
- Synthesize data from many sources to identify strategic opportunities and recommend innovative solutions.
- Support qualitative & quantitative user research
- Set up co-creation workshops that unite forces and give stakeholders a clear sense of direction and helps them throughout the design validation process
- Create the information architecture for user experiences. Develop end-to-end user journey maps and future state blueprint design maps, prototypes and user flows
- Align the experience strategy with business objectives and bring your point across. Engage with stakeholders, clearly articulating user needs and incorporate them in design solutions
- Develop experience guidelines and documentation in collaboration with other teams

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- 7+ years professional experience in the field of UX design, with specific work experience in service design, experience strategy, complemented by knowledge of visual design, usability, and information architecture.
- University degree, preferably in UX design, interaction design, or any related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information concisely and to negotiate, persuade and sell ideas whilst maintaining trust and confidence.
- Strong understanding of fundamental service design principles, user-centered design methods, and design processes.
- Demonstrated ability to learn complex technology.
- Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams of business (LOB), designers and software developers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
