Join us to be part of a global leader in the exciting world of personalized apparel and lifestyle productsAs we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a curious and passionate individual to join our team as the Head of UX/UI (f/m/d) and drive our business forward. What Will Your Role BeYou will be a pivotal leader in driving the growth and maturity of our UX capabilities across our diverse range of products and services. With a strong focus on fostering creativity, innovation, and a human-centered design approach, you will mentor and guide a team of talented UX /UI designers, ensuring the continuous improvement of their skills and fostering a collaborative culture that inspires the creation of exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will shape and implement our UX/UI strategy and vision, ensuring our digital experiences are not only aesthetically outstanding but also deeply aligned with user needs and business goals. You are highly motivated to foster a culture of experimentation, encouraging the exploration of new ideas to push the boundaries of design excellence. What You´ll Do UX/UI Strategy & Vision Act as a UX/UI Design evangelist, serving as the bridge between the UX team and stakeholders (business, product, marketing, and analytics) and advocate for excellenceDrive UX maturity across the company by advocating for a culture of Design Excellence and human-centered design Champion the integration of design thinking and UX Research into the product development lifecycle Team Leadership & Mentorship Provide guidance, supervision, and mentorship to the UX/UI team, fostering their professional growth, design expertise, and high performance in a collaborative environment.Lead cross-functional projects, workshops, and coaching sessions to promote a strong UX design culture within the organization. Team & Project Oversight & Process Optimization Translate the UX/UI vision into actionable design plans that align with both the company’s strategy and user needsContinuously refine design processes, tools, and methodologies to keep the UX/UI practice at the forefront of industry innovationOversee design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget targets are consistently metStreamline workflows to maximize quality next to efficiency and maintain a focus on continuous improvement. Ensure outputs align with company Goals and contribute effectively to achieving strategic goals Stakeholder Management & Communication Engage regularly with business, marketing, and product teams to refine requirements and ensure impactful design solutionsConfidently present design concepts and strategies, showcasing a deep understanding of UX principles and business objectives Innovation & Trend Exploration Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, applying these insights to drive innovation within the teamFoster a culture of experimentation and creativity, encouraging the team to explore new design approaches and methodologiesSet high standards for design quality, ensuring consistency and excellence across all digital touchpoints What You´ll Bring Bachelor’s or Master's degree in communication design, User Experience, Interaction Design, or a related fieldIntensive experience in both creative and analytical aspects of UX/UI, background in eCommerce, fashion, or lifestyle sectors preferredProven experience in team leading, with a hands-on mentality and ability to guide teams through fast-paced changesProven experience in creative and art direction, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and effectivelyAn impressive portfolio / case studies showcases your strategic UX concepts and aesthetic UI design skills.Expertise in designing digital products, services, and complex platforms for a variety of end devicesSkilled in creating user journeys, flowcharts, sitemaps, and prototypes.
