**Job Description**:
As Director Product Security (f/m/d) you will help to secure our product portfolio that is mission-critical to millions of users every day.
- You will be the Head of our Product Security Incident Response Team
- ** Oversee **the **security engineering **and trust & safety teams at TeamViewer
- Collaborate with product management and R&D teams to find **innovative **and **state-of-the-art security solutions **that enhance the posture of our customers
- Plan and conduct internal and **external assessments **and penetration tests
- ** Ensure **the smooth operation of our bug bounty and vulnerability disclosure program
- Handle and build **international **anti-fraud relationships with NGO’s and law enforcement agencies

**Qualifications**:

- More than 5 years of hands-on **IT security experience** - preferably with a **software development** related position
- Profound knowledge of **Secure Software Development Lifecycle** (SSDLC) implementation and governance
- Degree in computer science or comparable work experience
- Experienced in latest **software security standards** and cryptographic standards, authorization & authentication and their implementation
- Prior knowledge about common attack vectors, incident response, digital forensics and reverse engineering is a plus
- Used to work in a **team **and **manage **internal and external **stakeholders**:

- Great **analytical mindset** and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
