**Team Lead Production Planning (w/m/d)**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung für die Abteilung und berichten an den Director of Production.
- Als Technologieführer steht Qualität für uns an erster Stelle. Ihre Aufgabe ist es die Produktionsplanung zusätzlich termin
- und kostengerechte umzusetzen.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle in unserem Geschäftsbereich Operations optimieren und verbessern sie die angrenzenden Prozesse mit der Zielsetzung Liefertermintreue, Produktivität und Bestandsoptimierung in Einklang zu bringen.
- Zu ihrem Zielen gehört es, Kapazitätsengpässe zu vermeiden und Materialflüsse zu optimieren. Darüber hinaus führen Sie in Abstimmung mit dem Director of Production die Personal
- und Personalbedarfsplanung durch.
**Ihr Profil**
Sie haben eine Berufsausbildung mit technischem Schwerpunkt oder ein vergleichbares Studium mit technischem oder wirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt erfolgreich absolviert und fühlen sich seit mehreren Jahren im Bereich der Produktionsplanung zu Hause.
Zusätzlich runden folgenden Qualifikationen Ihr persönliches Profil ab:
- Leidenschaft für Planungsprozesse und Prozessverbesserungen
- Gute Kenntnisse und routinierter Umgang mit einem ERP-System, idealerweise Microsoft Navision sowie MS Office-Anwenderprogramme, insbesondere Excel
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und ein sehr gutes Zeit
- und Selbstmanagement
- Verbindlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
