Expert Tax

We are currently looking for a Expert Tax (all genders) to join our Finance Central Europe team and support us for our Business in Germany.

Your tasks would include:
**1. Tax Compliance & Reporting**
- Prepare VAT returns and CIT/trade tax filings.
- Review tax assessments and handle responses.
- Ensure timely compliance and manage tax deadlines.
- Liaise with tax authorities and advisors.

**2. Tax Advisory & Research**
- Provide internal tax advice on VAT and other topics.
- Research tax issues and track legislative changes.
- Share relevant updates with the team.

**3. Transfer Pricing & Structuring**
- Maintain transfer pricing policies in line with regulations.
- Advise on tax structuring and cross-border transactions.
- Support tax aspects of project financing.

**4. Organizational Support**
- Manage tax correspondence and internal tax folders.
- Lead internal tax projects and process improvements.
- Coordinate across legal entities and perform ad-hoc tax tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate tax, VAT, or international tax.
- Proficient in DATEV and Elster.
- Strong knowledge of German and international tax regulations.
- Fluent in German (B2 or above) and English (business level).
- Experience in international or project-based environments.
- Familiarity with German tax structures for GmbH, KG, and SPVs.
