Our client, a market leading manufacturing company, is looking for IT helpdesk experts to strengthen their team in the Nuremberg area of Germany.

The company is going from strength to strength and is looking for an expert to come and help with IT infrastructure, provide support to teams, and occasionally advise on strategy and solutions.

Here’s what you need to know

**Salary**: Up to 60,000 EUR
- Location: Nuremberg area, Bayern
- Key Skills: Server Analysis, system updates, ticketing, troubleshooting, documentation, Microsoft systems, Network administration, Windows, Azure

Aufgaben
- Responsibility for supporting the team daily with IT issues - working with Active Directory, Azure and Windows servers
- Supporting the product team on the development and implementation of updates
- Working as part of the infrastructure team on developing all aspects of the system
- Troubleshooting the system when required and handling tickets daily

Qualifikation
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in System Engineering / IT Support
- Strong MS / Windows server exposure
- Network experience (VLAN); ideally switches, setup and security
- You’re a careful problem solver with a keen affinity for quality products
- Excellent communication skills; able to communicate in English and German (ideally min. B1 level)
