**YOUR TASKS**
- You will support the PAYBACK countries in various areas of the company - from marketing strategy to partner integration, from product development to innovation
- You create market analyses for the further development of markets, products & strategies and take an active role in brand management for all PAYBACK countries
- You are part of the further development of global partners - from country launch to digitalization strategy
- You work on the conception and implementation of international, digital and classic marketing campaigns and support the preparation of program strategy decision templates
- You help colleagues with global rollouts, concepts and campaigns

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You are studying economics or communication sciences or a comparable degree program and are in your advanced semester
- You ideally have initial professional experience in the areas of strategic marketing, business development or product development and experience in an international environment
- You have good MS Office skills
- You have analytical skills and work in a structured manner
- Your German and English skills are very good
