**Here is a little taste of your challenge**:

- Support for the reception of external guests, preparation and follow-up of our meeting rooms
- Contribution to general well-being in the office (fruit & vegetable box, snack bar).
- Attention to the tidiness of our premises (no, this is NOT a cleaning job )
- Support in operational and administrative issues related to our office and facility management, such as mail processing, operational purchasing and errands, better directory structure/filing system (e.g. seating plan creation etc.)
- Content creation for our intranet
- Optimization of onboarding and off-boarding process in cooperation with IT, HR and OM
- Support for team events & activities
- Active contribution of own ideas on how to make our office even more attractive (comparison with other locations and other companies)
- Support in sustainability practices

**Who are you?**

With regards to required skills, you can deduce them pretty much from the job description. Flexibility, social skills, Microsoft Office skills, a bit of project management - and a drive to get things done with little supervision are certainly helpful.
