**The role and your impact at the team**
- Continuous improvement of internal knowledge management on People Operations
- Administrative support of employees throughout the employee life cycle (contract management, onboarding employees, offboarding employees etc.)
- Keep track and analyze people data to ensure insightful decisions
- HRIS data administration and usage optimization
- Communication with our payroll partners in payroll preparation
- Communication with new hires and leavers
- Participating in cross-functional projects
- Taking an active role in shaping the People Operations processes and employee life cycle, bringing the function forward

**You will fit great with the following skills and qualifications**
- You live in or around Berlin and are able to come to the office at least once a week
- You have 2-3 years of experience in People Operations or as HR Generalist
- You have worked using an HRIS before (Personio is a plus)
- You are fluent in English (B2) and have at least an intermediate knowledge of German (B1)
- You have experience in creating processes in People Operations
- You are able to work independently while sparring with your team members, and have a strong attention to detail
- You are solution-oriented
- You are open-minded and embrace change
