**You will**:
- Act as the primary contact for employees within your scope, providing expert guidance on HR processes and operational support throughout their journey at GetYourGuide.
- Oversee and execute HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract and leave management, and offboarding, with a particular focus on Germany and Switzerland.
- Tackle complex operational HR challenges, ensuring alignment with company objectives, while contributing in strategic projects and initiatives.
- Champion operational efficiency by designing and maintaining sustainable, user-friendly, and effective HR processes.
- Administer and maintain employee data in Workday, leading efforts to optimize and streamline processes within the system.
- Collaborate with People Team stakeholders—such as People Partners, Payroll, People Relations, and People Systems—to deliver a seamless employee experience aligned with GetYourGuide's People strategy.
**Who you are**:
- You possess a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or in a related field.
- You bring at least 3-4 years of experience in People Operations (HR) within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- You are Fluent in German & English
- In-depth knowledge of German labor law and collaboration with external lawyers.
- Experience with HRIS (preferably Workday), Jira (Service Desk) and GSuite.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: A people-oriented individual who understands employee needs and can effectively guide diverse stakeholders.
- You are able to manage priorities among multiple stakeholders and reprioritize as needed in a high-velocity environment.
