Head of Group Controlling

**Meine Aufgaben**
- Responsibility for the delivery of accurate, timely and effective monthly management reporting information across Regions, legal entity and specific functions
- Business Partner to corporate senior management in the delivery of financial information and optimisation for the whole group/ by region/ entity/ key function. This includes the delivery of monthly and forecast-sales, Income Statement, cash flow and net working capital with appropriate commentary
- Responsibility to support senior management (CXOs) in presenting financial information to various stakeholders
- Responsibility for budget and rolling forecasting process, including development and enhancement of financial and non-financial tools, communication to stakeholders and delivery of quarterly, annual and long-term forecast information
- Provide technical/ functional assistance to senior management and Finance managers in the regions related to controlling, reporting, and forecasting matters
- As a member of the International Management Team engage and support the direction and development of the overall Group and provide leadership and direction in the implementation of the group strategy across all regions/ functions
- Provide pro-active assistance in key business decisions and group initiatives/ projects
- Maintain and enhance processes/ systems providing transparency across the group on product and customer profitability
- Improve the Controlling/ financial systems landscape. This includes but is not limited to providing technical and financial direction to ICT teams (for ERP), ensuring optimization of the system for financial, commercial and operational requirements
- Management of partly divergent stakeholders' requirements driven by diverse Group and Corporate organizational structures
- Manage ad-hoc group wide financial projects
- Managing and developing a team of 4-6 employees, supporting their professional development
- Taking over special projects or parts of the projects (e.g. Due Dilligence, M&A)

**Meine Qualifikationen**
- Completed studies in the field of economics / business administration with a focus on accounting & financial reporting, auditing, international accounting
- In-depth knowledge of cost accounting, manufacturing - and sales - Controlling
- Many relevant work experience in the field of Controlling with commercial and operational experience
- Relevent work experience of controlling in a manufacturing environment (plant or regional site)
- Experience of working in a highly structured international company or in a similar-sized businesses and in a fast-paced (e.g. PE) is a plus
- Business German and Business English
