As we continue to grow, **we’re expanding our influencer marketing team.** Most of our campaigns are performance-based, with a strong focus on ROI, so we’re looking for someone who is driven by results and comfortable in a performance-oriented environment.

**Your responsibilities at snuggs**
- Actively search for and reach out to new influencers who align with our brand values, expanding our influencer network in DACH markets
- Manage partnerships with our current influencers in DACH region, ensuring seamless and effective collaborations
- Plan influencer campaigns, taking full responsibility for setting objectives, delivering results, and conducting post-campaign evaluations
- Define, track, and analyze KPIs for influencer campaigns - regularly report on campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with influencers to create a loyal network of brand advocates
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends on social media in DACH markets, leveraging insights to inform campaign strategies and influencer selection

**What we are looking for**
- This is primarily a sales-focused role - so you should be resilient, results-driven, and comfortable working with data
- Native-level proficiency in German (C2) and fluency in English
- Highly adaptable, open-minded, and proactive in embracing new ideas, while demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility in every task
