- DEINE AUFGABEN- Verantwortung für den gesamten Test
- und Berechnungsbereich am Standort
- Disziplinarische Führung und Weiterentwicklung der zugeordneten Teams (Crash facility, Dynamic Stress and Testing, Static Product Testing, Flammability Testing, Static Stress and Weight, Material and Processes) mit aktuell 6 Teamleitern und ca. 85 Mitarbeitenden
- Planung, Budgetierung, Priorisierung und Steuerung von Test
- und Berechnungstätigkeiten in enger Abstimmung mit der Plattform
- und Modulentwicklung sowie weiteren beteiligten Fachbereichen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Abläufen und Planung der einzelnen Labore (Crashbahn, Statiklabor und Brandlabor)
- Globale Definition und Weiterentwicklung test
- und berechnungsrelevanter Prozesse und Methoden in Abstimmung mit den RECARO-Standorten
- DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Luft
- und Raumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und Organisationsentwicklung
- Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten, wie z.B. Durchsetzungs
- und Entscheidungsvermögen, Zielstrebigkeit, Konfliktfähigkeit
- Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Methoden und Tools
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Struktur
- und Crashsimulation sowie in der Durchführung von Struktur, Brand und Crashtests
- Kenntnisse im Bereich der Auslegung von Leichtbaustrukturen, idealerweise auch Kenntnisse der anzuwendenden Zulassungsvorschriften
- Kommunikationsstärke, Analytisches Denkvermögen, Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Englisch
- sowie Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
