**Your role**:
As the Head of Global Pharmaceutical Technology (GPT) (all genders), you lead and oversee the global pharmaceutical technology strategy, ensuring the development and implementation of innovative solutions to advance manufacturing processes and support the Life Cycle of our marketed products. You live a continuous improvement mindset to support our pharmaceutical business based on science.

**Responsibilities**:

- You lead the organization responsible for Global Process Leadership,Data & Digital Expertise and Scientific Data Management and the Global Pharma Technology Lab.
- You continuously further shape a high-performing team, providing professional development opportunities and fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and diversity.
- You provide strategic direction and leadership for global pharmaceutical technology initiatives across the Global Manufacturing Network.
- You inspire and guide local Site PharmaTech functions in the matrix organization and ensure effective collaboration across the global-local PharmaTech community.
- You foster digital innovation and data science approaches for the Global Pharma Sites.
- You lead the cross-functional communication with Site (PharmaTech) Heads and global stakeholders on GPT topics and regularly update senior management. You engage with industry experts and external key stakeholders to align technology strategy with industry trends and collaborate on joint initiatives.

**Who you are**:

- A Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related field, preferable additional education in Management / Business Administration
- Extensive experience in pharmaceutical technology, process development and optimization, manufacturing, operational excellence and quality.
- Broad experience in the pharmaceutical industry with strong knowledge of relevant global regulations and industry standards.
- Proven track record of leading global teams and matrix organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
