**What you’ll do**

Extending our current portfolio, a central Key Management Service is planned as the next evolutionary step of SAP BTP. As part of a new multinational team, you can shape this next era from scratch. Following a cloud-native mindset, you will use cutting-edge technologies like Kubernetes managed by SAP Gardener.

SAP aims to develop an Open Reference Architecture (ORA) for a secure and sustainable cloud-edge infrastructure that includes intelligent optimization methods for data transparency and security. This reference infrastructure, aspired by the EU IPCEI-CIS (Important Project of Common European Interest - Next Generation Cloud Infrastructure and Services) program, shall be the basis for future software development and a prerequisite for a pan-European cloud edge infrastructure.

**What you bring**
- University degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar.
- Good skills in developing, particularly in Golang (preferred), Node.js, or being willing to learn Golang.
- Comprehensive experience with Kubernetes and container technology.
- Experience working in agile software development processes (Scrum).
- You work well independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- You shine with a positive attitude and have an open-minded, adaptable, and humble personality. You enjoy learning new things quickly, particularly new technologies, concepts, and tools.
- Fluent English language skills, both oral and written
