We drive the branding, engagement and commerce agenda of our clients across all relevant social media platforms (e.g. YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and help them leverage the latest trends and opportunities. Our inhouse developed tech stack and data partnerships help drive the best results for clients across a multitude of industries. **Your role.**: ****: In a nutshell, you are the "backbone" for our Sales and Business Development team. You do online research, identify potential clients and partners, assist in planning and executing lead campaigns and client meetings, create sales and marketing materials, client presentations, concepts, proposals and reports. You work independently, plan, coordinate and prioritise your tasks according to the goals we set together. ****: **Your qualifications.**: ****: - You have completed a university degree (BA/MAS) or relevant business training - Initial work experience in sales and marketing and interest in digital media and (social media) advertising - German is your native language and you have a very good command of English - You enjoy analytical tasks and working in a dynamic and challenging environment - You are a creative problem solver and work independently and goal oriented - You have good skills in using tools like Slack, Google Presentations / Powerpoint and Excel and can quickly acquire new tool skills - You have good communication skills and are a team player - You follow current trends and feel at home as a digital native on different social networks ****: **A big plus.**: ****: - Shapers welcome.
