**Sales Specialist**

Vision executives are experts in international recruitment for the eyecare industry and we have partnered with a well-established global surgical ophthalmic device company who are looking for a Sales Specialist to operate in Northern Germany. This role is tasked with driving sales, providing training, and offering ongoing support for the company’s products in university clinics, hospitals, and private ophthalmology practices within the designated territory.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Achieve and surpass sales objectives to promote growth within the territory.
- Develop and maintain a strategic account plan to optimise territory management.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with Health Care Practitioners (HCPs).
- Provide comprehensive training and support to HCPs in the use of the company’s products.
- Network with HCP peers to identify new business leads and growth opportunities.
- Participate in regional and national meetings as required.
- Appropriately escalate clinical/surgical issues, complications, complaints, and adverse events.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in ophthalmology pharmaceutical/device sales and a proven track record of success.
- Successful sales history in the medical device industry.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Valid German driver’s license.
- Residency within the designated territory is required.
- Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.

**What’s on offer**:

- €70K - €90K basic salary
- €25K bonus
- Additional benefits

Pay: 70.000,00€ - 90.000,00€ per year
