Join our team and help us make an even bigger contribution to Grünenthal’s future.**What the job looks like** Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as: - Implement an integrated system and streamlined processes within the end-to-end supply chain to secure a competitive advantage aligned with the overarching Business Strategy. - Formulate and execute strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency, introduce cost-saving initiatives, and rigorously monitor critical suppliers and supply points. - Establish, track, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) across all supply chain functions and processes, including forecasting, planning, inventory management, logistics performance, cost control, service levels, manufacturing, and warehousing & distribution (WH&D). - Deliver exceptional customer service while simultaneously boosting bottom-line profitability through strategic supply chain management. - Champion the implementation of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle to ensure data transparency and effectiveness in strategic and tactical supply chain decision-making. - Ensures the implementations of Patient access strategy according to regional standard and guidelines. - Develop and manage a highly efficient distribution model that aligns with the Commercial strategy, delivering superior service while maintaining sustainable costs. - Establish robust processes to achieve sustainable optimization of end-to-end (E2E) inventories, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. - Drive the development of accurate and effective master Demand Planning figures for the countries and clusters under management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. - Provide leadership to the supply chain team, fostering a culture of performance, continuous improvement, and collaboration **What you'll bring to the table** To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have: - A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred. Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification, (APICS/ IBF) desirable. - Profound experience in supply Chain E2E management in Pharma or FGCC, Proven track record of managing and leading multi-functional supply chain operations - Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) & Advanced Planning Systems - Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle complex supply chain projects. - Experience in identifying and mitigating supply chain risks - Ability to develop, coach and guide a leadership team in the execution, strategies and realization of functional and company goals. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize supply chain processes. - Ability to forge collaboration across all levels of the enterprise & externally. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders - Ability to influence at all levels both within the Supply Chain, in a matrix environment and externally. - Familiarity with supply chain management systems and digital tools such as AI, IoT, or blockchain. **___________________** **_"_**_Join us at Grunenthal and lead the way in transforming our supply chain across Europe.
