Wir suchen ab sofort einen (Senior-) Projekt- / Logistikmanager (m/w/d) in unserem Reifendistributionscenter für unseren Kunden Continental am Standort Aachen

Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabenfeld:

  • Entwicklung, Überprüfung und Optimierung von Prozessen für unsere Logistikstandorte, ins besonders für Kundenabwicklungen im Bereich Reifen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit in einem TEAM aus Standortleitung, Business Development, Qualitätsmanagement und Logistikinformationssysteme (intern) sowie unseren externen Business Partnern und Kunden.
  • Planung und Einführung von Prozessen inkl. notwendiger Dokumentation, Übergabe an Operations sowie Sicherstellung der Audit-/Revisionsanforderungen.
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Optimierungsprojekten und übergeordnete Steuerung der KVP-Maßnahmen an bestehenden Standorten.
  • Entwicklung von operativen Kennzahlen.
  • Innovationsmanagement im Bereich Automatisierung und Digitalisierung sowie Einführung und Ausrollen von industriellen Standards und Methoden (z.B. LEAN).

Folgendes sollten Sie mitbringen:

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Logistik, Supply Chain oder IT, idealerweise bei einem Kontraktlogistikdienstleister.
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im kaufmännisch oder technischen Bereich mit Logistikschwerpunkt oder eine einschlägige Ausbildung mit entsprechender Qualifizierung und Berufserfahrung.
  • Stark analytisch, konzeptionell und strukturiert geprägter Arbeitsstil.
  • Wünschenswert ist nachweisbare Erfahrungen im Bereich Projektmanagement, wie bspw. LEAN Management, Six Sigma, oder ähnliches.
  • Ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowohl im TEAM als auch eigenverantwortlich.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
