Trafineo is a subsidiary of BP Europa SE (better known in Germany under the brand name Aral) and Circle K (a subsidiary of Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc.).

We enable our clients to offer end customers safe and reliable mobility services across Europe, for example in the areas of tolls and electromobility. Our core competencies are transaction management and cashless payment processing in the systems we have developed.

We are steadily growing and creating innovative and digital services for our clients to improve and extend their product portfolios. We aim for excellence and are pushing our limits. Corona didn’t stop us, it made us stronger. Now we need new players on road to win the race.

Aufgaben

\# Responsibilities
- Help your diverse team with the internal & external communication.
- Create & maintain guides / newsletters / briefing papers for internal & external stakeholders
- Support the preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external training courses (new features, products, services)
- Organization of administrative tasks in day-to-day business - like supporting the maintenance of our web portals, translation management and similar tasks
- Maintain & improve the knowledge management of the department and organization

Qualifikation

\# Professional qualifications
- Completed studies or training in marketing & communication and first experiences through internships or similar
- Excellent communication (in German & English) and learning skills, as well as creativity and the ability to simplify complex issues
- Experience with image editing programs such as Photoshop or Gimp
- Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics or Matomo Analytics
- Experience in usage of Microsoft 365 (especially Sharepoint) tools
- Basic knowledge in the use of content management systems such as WordPress or Liferay
