**Supply Chain Cluster Head (f/m/d) WEE/ CEE**

The **In-House Cluster Supply Planning Head (f/m/d) **leads the team of Regional Supply Network Planning and oversees Site Supply Chain Heads (functional reporting), ensuring the supply chain performance of their Cluster and Site supply chain teams by adhering to achieve superior deliver performance through Global Supply Chain Target Operating Model (TOM), MRP2 work processes and STADA Supply Chain Standard processes. The role ensures highest standards and maturity, driving fact-based, pro-active, and anticipative performance orientation, whilst ensuring regulatory and compliance frameworks. The role reports directly to the Global Operations Cluster Head and functionally to the In-House Global Supply Planning Head.
**Role responsibility**:
- Provide leadership for the SN Planning Leads or SN Planners and Site SC Heads
- Responsible for the escalation of potential supply issues
- Lead and facilitate the implementation and routine operation of Cluster Supply Review process
- Responsible for governing the supply chain activity portfolio at the Global Operations sites as well as for being an effective Supply Planning Business Process owner
- Oversee the implementation and execution of TOM and STADA Supply Chain standard processes at all Sites in the Cluster
- Collaborate with Global Supply Chain and Global Operations in establishing and continuously improving STADA Supply Chain standard processes and programs including the sustainability of the STADA Supply Chain standard processes
- Ensure the cross-fertilization of know-how within the organization and other STADA Functions
- Lead effective change management and bi-directional information flow, education, training and driving business impact for the supply chain processes
- Monitor that the Site Supply Chain leaders drive competency, reliability and in-control capabilities through education and training programs
- Accountable for maximizing the usage of ERP systems (such as SAP/APO) at all Sites
- Responsible for Cluster SC KPI reporting, root cause analysis and action planning to eliminate supply chain losses
- Closely work with Global Operations on root cause investigation of key business issues within the sites
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
- Responsibility for a personal and professional development and the development of the associates
**Role qualifications**:
- University degree in Supply Chain, Science, or Economics/Finance, preferably with an MBA degree
- In-depth relevant multi-year experience in a managerial role within different stages of supply chain processes
- High degree of competence of functional expertise of supply chain processes
- Excellent knowledge of business processes within the pharmaceutical industry including production planning, supply planning, material planning, order fulfilment, capacity planning, master data and life-cycle management
- Intercultural experience and ability to act in a complex and rapidly changing business environment
- Strong Experience in LEAN Management and MRP2 Methodology
- Excellence in program and project management as well as highly experienced in change management and a proven track record of implementing breakthrough supply chain strategies & systems
- Excellent communicator and coaching skills to be able to lead a major transition on a regional and multi-functional footprint
- Influential leadership skills to be able to integrate operational and strategic business functions as well as proven track record in leading teams that have successfully built and launched products in highly scalable markets
- Ability to think, act and initiate in operational, tactical and strategic terms
- Excellent command of languages (English with a second or third language preferred)
