**The work you’ll do**:

- Coordinate and promote global recruitment webinars and talent brand events
- Work cross-functionally with the culture, design, and social media teams to promote career opportunities and what it’s like to work at Celonis internally and externally
- Support special projects like hiring pushes or events as needed

**The qualifications you need**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar
- First experience working in marketing, social media, recruiting, or human resources
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, e.g. through extracurricular work or previous relationship building roles
- A get things done attitude
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
- At least 6 months of full-time availability
