We are a team of 40+ Online Marketing Managers in 10 countries that handle campaigns in more than 30 countries. Learning, experimenting, and collaboration is the heart and soul of our team.

**(Senior) Expert Marketing Measurement and Planning (all genders)**
LTV-CAC, Advertising Adstock, Yield Curves, Cohorts Analysis, Regression Models is not new to you?
That's great, because you will deal with it in your daily business. To support our ambitious growth, we are looking for a (Senior) Expert Marketing Measurement and Planning (all genders) in Munich.

**Your Tasks**:

- As an Expert in Marketing Measurement and Planning you control and develop the sales and budget planning of all shops in close cooperation with the Controlling department
- You coordinate sales activities with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that growth targets are achieved
- You identify new business opportunities by creating business cases for strategic and operational projects in collaboration with the different responsible of channels (SEA, SEO, Affiliate, Display, Price Comparison among the main ones)
- You conduct regular and ad-hoc analyses to support management's decision-making process (opportunities of investments, development or optimization of channels)
- You build up the capabilities for a measurement platform and marketing mix modeling
- You maintain and update the reporting system and continuously develop it further with the Analytical department

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of relevant experience working experience as a Marketing Manager, Marketing Analyst, Business Analyst, CRM Marketing Manager or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills and mindset regarding cohorts, marketing and business KPIs
- Profound understanding of Marketing steering in various online and offline channels
- Know-how in creating SQL queries, Python is a plus
- Know-how in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Webtrekk or Adjust is nice to have
- Fluent in English; every other European language is a plus
