**The Basics**:
We are a lean team who love to execute the coolest marketing campaigns this side of the Rhine.

And we are looking for a motivated, organized, and fun Working Student to be a part of, and assist our 100% remote marketing team.

**Your Job**:

- Become a Hubspot CRM pro where you will be fully trained on launching a range of high-impact campaigns using landing pages, HubSpot forms, and A/B testing.
- Love coordinating events - or just throwing amazing parties? Assist in the logistics of high-impact conferences and events in Europe and the United States.
- Be our point-person for direct communication to vendors for helping to organize our virtual events.
- Refine your research expertise as you assist with impromptu research projects that will directly impact sales and marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- You take the work smarter not harder approach on everything you do, double-check your work, and actually get excited about being organized.
- You know how to use the basic software tools (in the old days they were called Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- You speak German on a native level and you are able to communicate in English
- You live in the area of Cologne and have the possibility to come to our office once a week. Also, you should have around 10-20 hours per week spare to work with us
- You are an enrolled student and you plan to keep it that way for a while (we want you to learn something and for that time is needed)

We failed in exactly describing our way to approach important company elements that can be described with ‘buzzwords’ such as agile mindset, cross-functional teams, self-organization, value of the individual or trust & teamwork.
