Working Student, Corporate Development

As a working student, you have will the opportunity to play an important role in the execution of Qontigo's corporate development agenda. The main responsibilities are as follows:
- M&A Dashboard: Support the corporate development team in updating and ongoing management of the M&A database.
- Target Assessment: Support the corporate development team in evaluating and assessing potential transaction targets.
- Transaction Process Execution: Support the corporate development team in running transaction processes
- Corporate development recurring reporting: Support the corporate development team in updating important analyses in form of Excel and Power Point reports, as well as Microsoft Power BI Dashboards
- Business strategy support: Support ad-hoc strategic initiatives within the wider strategic analysis and intelligence function.
- Individual focus of activities will be tailored to specific requirements during time of contract, as well as experience and focus of the student.
**Requirements**:
- The working student must be enrolled in an officially recognized academic program throughout the internship duration. Pursuring a degree in Business Administration / Finance / Economics (Master's degrees are preferred)
- Availability to work 20 hours per week for at least one year
- Commitment, self-motivation, ability to work independently, well-organized, high level of accuracy
- Eagerness to learn, to take on responsibilities as well as intellectual curiosity and initiative
- Very interested in Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic Investment and Corporate Development
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- First-hand practical experience in M&A, corporate venturing and financial modelling would be an advantage
