The successful collaboration with last-mile logistics partners (Courier, Express, and Parcel Services) across Europe forms the foundation of our business. We offer our customers a tailored selection of high-quality carriers for the "last mile" to their customers. In this role, reporting to the Head of Logistics, you will lead a team of three to develop and manage these vital partnerships. Your team will oversee daily operations within our logistics network, ensuring seamless cooperation and robust relationships with Europe's leading CEP service providers. **What You’ll Do**: - Leading a highly motivated team. - Overseeing the development and expansion of partnerships with last-mile service providers including adding new Partners to our network. - Operational support of the service providers in their daily business and monitoring and evaluating their performance. - Being the exclusive interface to our carriers for the operational area. - Interfacing with key internal stakeholders such as the implementation team, customer service, finance, etc. **Qualifications** What You’ll Bring**: - A university degree in business administration, economics, logistics, or a comparable field of study. - Comprehensive experience and a solid understanding of logistics processes, with a preference for last-mile logistics background. - At least 1-2 years of leadership experience, combined with a genuine passion for guiding and empowering a motivated team. - Fluency in both German (C2 level or equivalent) and English (C1/C2 level or equivalent) to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. - A self-starter who thrives on working independently and takes ownership of their responsibilities. **Additional Information** What we offer**: **Flexible & Hybrid Work**:Our office is at Alexanderplatz; we have a hybrid working model with flexible remote-office set-up and working hours.
