- und Asset-Manager mit Schwerpunkt auf Gewerbeimmobilien, deren Wertschöpfungspotenzial durch gezielte Sanierungs
- und Revitalisierungsmaßnahmen maximiert wird.
- Asset Management: Eigentümervertretung und aktives Management, einschließlich der Repositionierung und Weiterentwicklung von Bestandsobjekten
- Fachliche Führung: inkl. fachlicher und disziplinarischer Führung von ca. 10 Mitarbeitern, inklusive Zielvereinbarungen und Förderung
- Objektstrategien: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von ergebnisorientierten Objektstrategien unter Berücksichtigung von Terminen, Qualität und Budget
- Wertschöpfungsmaßnahmen: Proaktive Analyse und Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Wertsteigerung der Objekte, Steuerung von Umbau
- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen zur Optimierung der Objekte
- Verantwortung und Steuerung: Gesamtverantwortung für die performanceorientierte Weiterentwicklung eines paneuropäischen Objektportfolios (Schwerpunkt Büroimmobilien und Gewerbeparks) im Einklang mit der Fondsstrategie
- Unterstützung von Transaktionen: Begleitung bei Ankaufs
- und Due-Diligence-Prozessen
- Budgetplanung: Erstellung von Budgetplanungen und regelmäßigen Reportings
- Dienstleistermanagement: Auswahl, Koordination und Führung externer Dienstleister
- Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Immobilien oder Betriebswirtschaft, oder vergleichbare Ausbildung/Weiterbildung (z.B. Immobilienfachwirt)
- Berufserfahrung: Langjährige Erfahrung im eigenverantwortlichen Asset Management, insbesondere in der Entwicklung von Immobilien
- Führungserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von Teams, inkl. Weiterentwicklungskonzepte
- Ergänzende Erfahrung: Vorteilhaft sind Kenntnisse im Transaktionsbereich und/oder der Objektverwaltung
- Arbeitsweise: Selbstständige, unternehmerische Herangehensweise - hohe Sozialkompetenz und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
- Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, internationale Erfahrungen von Vorteil
